Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in bakery manufacturing plant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery, including Fanuc-controlled equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
• Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for assembly and repair of components.
• Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping materials.
• Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment for atleast 2 years.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with CAD software is preferred for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with lathe operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform quality control inspections and maintain high standards of output.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
